TNT is a plaintiff-only trial firm representing individuals and businesses in disputes against insurance companies, home-builders, and employers. The firm has an AV rating, which reflects the highest level of professional ability and ethical standards as rated by peers in the legal community. The brand needed to reflect that level of prestige.
Early in the branding process, HCP worked with the client to decide brand colors and overall aesthetic for a discernible logo among a concentrated group of competitors.
Once the brand was established, HCP took on a role as the firm’s “brand police,” collaborating with the partners to ensure all published marketing materials stayed true to the brand. Most importantly, the firm communicated with the Florida Bar to ensure that all published materials met their standards for approval. This is an ongoing effort with every new piece of marketing collateral developed.
Because the firm supports multiple practice areas, HCP developed additional niche sites for high traffic areas of practice like stucco and hurricane claims.
HCP continues to support the brand through web maintenance and social media management. The firm also supports the partners by way of lead generation. Specific to stucco claims, the firm analyzes areas of high volume claims and then devises a process for refining additional leads.
