Madelin Ghomshe

Research Coordinator

Madelin was born in Cleveland, Ohio but grew up in Pinellas County. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University where she found her passion for market research.

During Madelin’s tenure at FSU, she was involved in several research projects that allowed her to expand her knowledge and experience with market research. One project tested the effects of celebrity behavior on company performance and brand awareness of consumers. As part of that project, Madelin was instrumental in building a secondary database of hundreds of firms with celebrity athlete endorsers.  Another FSU market research project ranged from preliminary exploratory research of current and potential customer needs, survey design and analysis to final report preparation and presentation to the client.

As the Research Analyst, Madelin coordinates quantitative, qualitative, primary and secondary data, survey design, analysis, reporting and presentation. She works closely with senior leadership and the HCP marketing team to support clients requiring research-related activities and plans.

Madelin also has extensive experience in retail leadership and sales with several national retailers.  She is well versed in retail metrics and customer service.

Outside of work, Madelin enjoys weightlifting and traveling. She is very active and loves the outdoors. One day, she hopes to visit all the U.S. National Parks.
