HCP Collaborates to Reach Centro’s Vision: Newspapers, Internet & Broadcast

Tampa, FL (October 11, 2005) – HCP & Associates President R. Patrick Hill has spent the better part of the past 18 months focusing on the initial brand concept, strategic planning, target market identification, staffing, and development of programs for Centro: the largest and most widely distributed Hispanic publication in the Tampa Bay Area to date.

Centro’s vision materialized out of realization that the area’s Hispanic Community was being underserved in relation to its growing influence and rising population numbers. With upwards of 449,540 Hispanics in the Tampa Bay Area alone, Centro seeks to provide the community with “an unbiased, widely distributed, inclusive publication that could reach Hispanics of all different nationalities”.

Named after the mutual aid societies that brought together different Hispanic Communities in Tampa’s historic Ybor City, Centro remains committed to being the center of information, news and entertainment for the entire community.
