Next HCP focused on qualitative and quantitative research to rationalize investments for new products and services in various vertical markets in both the commercial and military arena. HCP created a new brand platform and positioning statement, all new corporate identity collateral, a new website, internal marketing tools, a public relations plan, a full tradeshow management program, and a variety of multimedia marketing tools. The result was increased brand awareness, integration of new products and services into new markets, increased board and senior management participation, increased global sales, and better client retention.

Universal Dynamics is a Global Security and IT Systems Integrator using best-in-class solutions. UDI specializes in Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (ATFP), Access Control Point (ACP) Security, and general Homeland Security for government and commercial clients worldwide. Their broad client list includes the civil and military branches of several governments, including the United States, as well as multinational corporations in the U.S., Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and many of the world’s most politically volatile regions. UDI needed to be rebranded and positioned with an entirely new look and feel. Research was needed in various vertical markets to rationalize new partners, products, and services in order to increase global market space.
HCP conducted strategic planning sessions with corporate and military stakeholders and delivered a SWOT analysis, radar screen, and complete report card on board participation, senior management, staff, partners, clients, and prospective clients.
