Challenge
Following its acquisition by a multinational technology group, SYSTERAL—originally founded as YouCall-it.com—needed a complete brand transformation ahead of its public relaunch at SITS (Service Desk & IT Support Show) 2025 in London. The company had evolved from a managed workforce solution into a cloud-based platform offering both Software as a Service (SaaS) and Software with a Service (SwaS) capabilities. The new leadership team needed to present SYSTERAL not just as a product—but as a visionary service management platform poised for global adoption. 

The challenge was multifaceted: align the brand identity with its new enterprise-level capabilities, create messaging that appealed to MSPs, certified technical professionals, and large global brands, and clearly communicate the modular structure of its core offerings—particularly the Marketplace and Connectivity Suite. All of this had to be executed under a tight deadline, with the entire rebrand—including web, collateral, messaging, and event assets—completed in time for the company’s high-profile debut at SITS 2025.

Solution
As the Agency of Record for SYSTERAL’s new parent company, HCP Associates was brought in to lead the transformation. We began by conducting strategic discovery workshops with key stakeholders to clarify the company’s vision, structure, and value-added proposition. Drawing from SYSTERAL’s modular, scalable platform architecture, we developed a central creative direction—the “Big Bang” brand concept. We also took inspiration from the periodic table of elements, signaling the platform’s adaptability and the individuality of each of its product suites.

We designed a new cosmos-inspired visual identity, with vibrant, vaporous textures and superscript triangle markers adorned on each “element” to represent movement, innovation, and modular growth. These elements were visually distinguishable by color but anchored to the core brand. A new tagline was developed to encapsulate this evolution: 

“A Decade of Innovation for a Century of Transformation.” This statement became the rallying cry of the rebrand and the guiding narrative behind the company’s broader marketing strategy. 

Deliverables included a fully redesigned cosmic-themed website, an immersive tradeshow booth for SITS 2025, and a cohesive digital presence. We also created a comprehensive digital media kit featuring a corporate profile, fact sheet, product collateral, FAQs, testimonials, HD logos, a brand style guide, and high-level brand policing practices. A tailored PR strategy for Central Europe was launched to build media traction ahead of the event, supported by an active online press room. 

Results
The new brand direction enabled SYSTERAL to emerge as a visionary leader in global service management. The “Big Bang” concept brought the platform’s element-based architecture to life, presenting it as a scalable ecosystem of interlinked yet independent services—each one essential, each one purpose-built.

These core elements include: 

  • Connectivity Suite – A comprehensive vendor management tool allowing organizations to build private vendor networks, align capabilities, and streamline onboarding. 
  • Service Suite – Focused on real-time execution and service performance tracking to ensure delivery consistency across operations. 
  • Inventory Suite – Lifecycle management for IT assets including hardware, software, and supplies, promoting smarter allocation and leaner operations. 
  • Marketplace – A verified, secure network of global service providers offering unmatched flexibility in how businesses source, manage, and scale services. 

 

 

The visual system—with its celestial gradients, multi-color schemes, and triangle progression markers—created a vibrant brand that resonated across cultures and industries. The new website incorporated light, twinkling animations, intuitive user flows, and deep product storytelling to drive engagement and convey technical depth with visual ease. The SITS 2025 appearance was a breakout success. The booth’s dynamic design—based on the cosmic branding—drew significant attention, reinforced by consistent messaging across web, social, and printed collateral. The website included a digital media kit and centralized press room, which made brand assets accessible and journalist-friendly.

The brand narrative—centered on “A Decade of Innovation for a Century of Transformation”—resonated across stakeholder groups and established a meaningful platform for future campaigns. With a visual and strategic foundation now in place, SYSTERAL is equipped to scale with credibility, energy, and distinction in a highly competitive global market.
