TAMPA, Fla. (March 22, 2019) – Today, HCP Associates Managing Partners Sean Coniglio and Eric Polins announced HCP will once again serve as strategic marketing partners with SUNZ Insurance. HCP will lead brand building, strategic planning and marketing programs focused on Professional Employer and Staffing industries.

HCP started working with SUNZ Insurance to establish their initial brand platform and strategy in 2005. Following the launch of their new brand and position created by HCP, SUNZ faced the challenge of identifying methods to boost awareness of the company and its customized approach, offering workers’ compensation policies for PEOs and staffing firms.
In concert with the completion of the brand strategy and marketing plan, HCP managed the brand rollout within trade associations events, industry publications, direct marketing outreach, digital, social media and public relations. This implementation helped boost recognition of SUNZ within a competitive marketplace position and with a distinctive one-of-a-kind approach.
Established in 2005, SUNZ was originally based in Downtown St. Petersburg with a small team of employees. Since then, the company has expanded rapidly and now employs several hundred employees. Additionally, the company has also expanded beyond state lines, serving PEOs and staffing firms across the nation.
Due to the company’s growth throughout the United States with various affiliated service brands, the company reengaged HCP to develop a brand strategy to align the associated entities to posture appropriately with unique market tactics in different vertical markets.
HCP will be working with the leadership at SUNZ to provide strategic marketing support. HCP will assess and refine the brand positioning in order to plan the best approach to their positioning as they continue to grow and expand. In addition, HCP will simultaneously work with SUNZ’s internal communication staff to promote monthly marketing activities. HCP will create an action plan to detail activities for the corporate leadership team. This proactive action plan will also serve as a guideline for how they should most effectively market each affiliate company.
