Spencer Haberman

Director of Digital Media Marketing

Originally from Los Angeles, Spencer grew up immersed in the creative pulse of Hollywood, where he developed an early fascination with the art of filmmaking and visual storytelling. With more than a decade of experience spanning film, television, and digital marketing, he brings a rare blend of cinematic expertise and strategic insight to his role as Director of Digital Media Marketing at HCP Associates.

Before joining HCP, Spencer was the founder and Executive Producer of Next Level Visual Studios, leading creative development and production for a range of commercial, broadcast, and digital clients. His early career includes work with renowned entertainment companies such as Evolution Media and Big Fish Entertainment, where he gained valuable on-set experience in directing, camera operations, and post-production for national television programming. These formative years strengthened his ability to balance creativity with technical precision under high-pressure environments.

Today, Spencer integrates his film and television background into a comprehensive digital marketing framework, merging video production, web design, SEO, and strategic storytelling to create cohesive, results-driven campaigns. His approach helps clients enhance brand authenticity, increase audience engagement, and build meaningful connections through immersive, real-world experiences.

A graduate of the University of Tampa, Spencer earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Film, and Media Arts and often returns to help share his industry knowledge with current students and instructors. As a guy that is always prepared, it’s no surprise he earned the title of Eagle Scout as a teenager, and he remains deeply committed to community service and leadership values that continue to shape his professional outlook.

Outside of work, Spencer enjoys international travel, cooking and baking, and spending time on his farm with his wife, Regina, their dogs, and their flock of chickens—including one humorously named “Hennifer Lopez.”
