Sheraton Sand Key Resort Wins Quality Assurance Award
ATLANTA, Ga. (September 30, 2015) MLT Vacations, a leading provider of vacation packages in the U.S., recently announced the winners of its 2015 Quality Assurance Award during an exclusive luncheon held at the company’s annual travel agency educational and networking event, MLT University, held in Minneapolis, MN.

Out of the more than 4,000 partners offered globally by MLT Vacations, an elite group of 207 hotels, 19 destination management companies and 3 car rental companies earned the MLT Vacations’ Quality Assurance Award designation for 2015.
HCP client Sheraton Sand Key Resort was one of those hotels. For the 2015 award, data was gathered from hundreds of thousands of customers who traveled with MLT Vacations. The annual Quality Assurance Award is earned by partners, like Sheraton Sand Key, that achieve a 99 percent customer satisfaction index and 99 percent product delivery performance during the preceding six months.
