HCP Associates Completes Suncoast Credit Union Brand Awareness Study
TAMPA, Fla. (July 13, 2024) – HCP Associates, a Tampa-based research, strategy and marketing consultancy, has finalized and delivered a comprehensive Brand Awareness Market Study for Suncoast Credit Union, the state’s largest credit union by membership.
The project drew on a broad online panel survey of adult household financial decision-makers living throughout Suncoast’s existing West Florida service area as well as key areas targeted for future expansion in Central Florida. The sample was meticulously balanced for age, gender and geography to mirror U.S. Census benchmarks, ensuring findings that are both representative and reliable.
The resulting report equips Suncoast’s leadership with a benchmark of current brand equity and clear roadmaps for strengthening awareness, sharpening media buys and calibrating in-person services to match members’ evolving preferences across both mature and emerging markets.
