- Branding & Positioning: We led a rebranding initiative, crafting a new positioning platform with the tagline:
“Our source code is humanity.” This became the cornerstone for all communications. 
- Website Development: We designed and launched a custom, award-winning website, winning a Silver ADDY Award for Business-to-Business Marketing.
 
- Virtual Tour: We produced an immersive two-day film shoot for Source 1 Solutions’ global Network Operations Center (NOC) at their Clearwater headquarters. The shoot, using high-end HD cameras, including the Red One, captured the NOC’s cutting-edge infrastructure and operations in stunning detail, providing a global view of the company’s capabilities.
 
- Brand & Style Guide: A comprehensive 45-page brand and style guide was created, ensuring consistency in all communications. This included visual elements, tone of voice, and detailed usage guidelines to maintain a unified brand identity globally.
 
- Global Brand Policing: We established a system for global brand policing, ensuring Source 1 Solutions’ brand was consistently represented across all platforms, regions, and media. This approach safeguarded the integrity of the brand in marketing materials, digital content, social media, advertising, and public relations efforts.
 
- Digital Press Kit: A comprehensive digital press kit was developed to support global public relations efforts. The kit included essential elements such as company profiles, press releases, client testimonials, product/service sheets, and high-resolution logos to ensure media consistency.
 
- Social Media Management: We helped elevate Source 1 Solutions’ social media presence by crafting a consistent, engaging strategy across platforms. Our approach focused on creating value-driven content, such as insightful tech tips, feature articles from the CEO, and updates on new products and services. This helped increase awareness and foster stronger relationships with both existing customers and potential prospects. In addition, we produced content to engage employees and bolster morale by sharing team achievements and initiatives, while also showcasing Source 1 Solutions’ involvement in community outreach efforts, making them more visible as a socially responsible organization.
 
- Non-Profit Launch: We assisted Source 1 Solutions with the launch of the Hessel Family Foundation (www.hesselfoundation.org), the company’s non-profit. The foundation is dedicated to supporting community-based organizations that focus on three unique causes: children and young adults with autism, veterans, cancer fighters, and their families. The foundation partners with organizations that offer specialized programs for these communities, providing vital resources and support to those in need. Our role included creating brand positioning, website, and social media presence for the Hessel Foundation, helping to raise awareness for their mission and foster a more inclusive world for individuals facing these challenges.
 
- Sales System Implementation: We worked with Source 1 Solutions senior management to implement NetSuite to streamline global resource planning and customer relationship management, ensuring seamless operations between the US headquarters and office abroad.
 
- Lead Generation & Sales Development: We implemented ZoomInfo to enhance lead generation, sales pipeline management, and improve targeting strategies across the business.
 
- Sales Training & Global Coordination: We worked with senior management and sales department to help provide comprehensive sales training to unify sales strategies and processes between Source 1 Solutions’ U.S. and European teams, improving global coordination.
 
- Trade Show Preparation & Branding for Acquisition: We developed a tailored branding strategy for Source 1 Solutions’ newly acquired software company in Central Europe, aligning it with Source 1 Solutions’ global identity. This included preparing for trade show appearances by designing booth displays, creating promotional materials, and providing sales collateral.
 
- Budget Analysis & Annual Planning: We analyzed Source 1 Solutions’ previous years of marketing spend, including advertising, PR, tradeshows, and special events, to develop a master annual marketing budget that optimized resource allocation and improved efficiency.
