Aldo Puccini

Research Intern

Originally born in Colombia, Aldo grew up in sunny Miami, FL. In 2018, he moved to the Tampa area to study Mass Communications at University of South Florida. With a passion for sport’s journalism, Aldo used his studies to dive into the world of public relations, mass communication, and market research. He graduated from USF in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications.

While at USF, Aldo interned with the university’s athletics department assisting with communications and public relations to connect students to services and athletic opportunities. Later, he served as the Digital Intern for WUSF, a local radio affiliate, producing digital content for their website and social media presence. Leaning on his love of journalism, Aldo’s work at WUSF would often be turned into feature stories broadcasted live on the radio. Changing focus, Aldo spent time in the office of Congresswomen Castor of Florida’s 14th District. While at the congresswomen’s office, Aldo levied his mass communication background to help connect with constituents and provide direction for public policy.

As HCP’s Research Intern, Aldo will play an integral role in shaping and executing large scale market research studies. Market research comes naturally for him, having spent time as an undergrad studying the fascinating inner workings of the Iowa Caucus system. In his role, Aldo will conduct market research, interact with survey participants, draft questionnaires, and regularly support the development of strategic survey goals. Beyond research, Aldo will join HCP’s team in providing highly personalized service to clients across a wide spectrum of industries and geographic locations.

Outside of work, Aldo’s love of sports has made him an avid soccer and football fan. He can often be found cheering on his beloved Real Madrid no matter the time difference!
