Since joining HCP Associates as a Research Analyst, Jack has advanced to the role of Director of Community Insights & Engagement, where he leads research strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communications initiatives for public sector and nonprofit clients. He specializes in translating complex data into compelling narratives, connecting community voices, organizational goals, and actionable insights to drive meaningful outcomes.
At HCP, Jack has played a central role in advancing the firm’s community research practice. His work includes designing and managing public opinion surveys, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and delivering data-driven reports for clients across economic development, education, transportation, and civic engagement. His leadership ensures that every project, whether a community needs assessment, CRA evaluation, or regional impact study, balances analytical rigor with genuine public connection.
Before joining HCP, Jack earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History (Summa Cum Laude) from Baldwin Wallace University, followed by a Master of Arts in Communications from the University of South Florida. While completing his graduate studies, he served on multiple state and national research teams, presenting findings at academic and governmental conferences.
Jack’s approach blends quantitative and qualitative methods with strategic storytelling, helping organizations better understand, engage, and empower the communities they serve.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys attending baseball games and other local sporting events, reading about paleontology, watching films, and cooking with friends.
