HCP Associates Presents at the Florida Redevelopment Association’s Annual Conference
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (October 16, 2025) — HCP Associates’ Vice President Robert Allen moderated a panel discussion at the Florida Redevelopment Association’s annual conference on effective communication strategies for community redevelopment agencies in Florida. The Florida Redevelopment Association (FRA) is a non-profit organization focused on promoting community revitalization and redevelopment in the state of Florida through education, advocacy, and professional development.
The panel hosted Brenda Thrower, CRA Development Manager for the Tampa CRA; Renee Jadusingh, President of the FRA and Executive Director of the Delray Beach CRA; and Grace Gdaniec, Program Director for the Delray Beach CRA, to discuss the legal framework around communications, effective communication strategies for community redevelopment agencies (CRAs) of all sizes, and how to align messages across the state.
Panel members discussed how HCP Associates worked to implement the new Tampa CRA brand across a range of print and digital media, including the first Tampa CRA newsletter. Panel members also discussed how HCP collaborates with Tampa CRA staff on communicating the agency’s achievements and progress updates on projects to educate the public on the work the community redevelopment agency does across communities.
