Since joining HCP Associates as an Advanced Marketing Intern, Jamy has advanced to the role of Research Analyst, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients through data analytics, digital marketing performance tracking, and strategic reporting. He specializes in transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, developing interactive dashboards, managing Google Ads and Analytics reporting, and helping design research studies that guide strategic decision-making.
At HCP, Jamy has contributed to projects across hospitality, education, technology, and community development. His work includes conducting passenger experience research for the Hillsborough Aviation Authority’s 20% expansion at Tampa International Airport, assisting with the Tampa Community Redevelopment Agency’s Ybor City Worker & Resident Study, and managing digital campaign analytics for clients such as Source 1 Solutions and Sheraton Sand Key Resort. By combining analytical precision with marketing strategy, he helps clients uncover opportunities, measure success, and communicate impact with clarity.
Before joining HCP, Jamy gained valuable experience through internships with Florida Trend Media Company and the Estero Council of Community Leaders, where he developed and implemented digital strategies that improved engagement and campaign performance.
Jamy earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing from the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics, expected in 2026. His academic focus strengthens his ability to connect marketing performance with business outcomes, blending creative storytelling with analytical precision.
Motivated by the psychology of perception, Jamy is fascinated by how design, messaging, and positioning influence the way people connect with brands.
