Coniglio has 20+ years in the marketing and management arena, working on the corporate side and then turning his attention toward consulting and advising clients from start-ups to fortune 500 companies. His unique industry experiences include banking, credit unions, employee leasing, finance, healthcare, hospitality, human resources, insurance, professional employer organizations (PEOs), non-profit, real estate, sports, and telecommunications.
As a Senior Strategist/Partner with HCP, he is involved in client advisory and consulting services with a focus on conversion of business objectives to strategic planning and implementation management. Day-to-day company responsibilities include financial stewardship, staff management, operations, and building strategic alliances with various other firms in support of clients.
Prior to HCP, Coniglio started his professional career with Chicago-based Promotional Marketing International (PMI) and was involved in launching an 18-city tour throughout the U.S. for RJ Reynolds. He was offered a position upon graduation, however, he chose to pursue his interest in the insurance services field and accepted a client service and sales position with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
While traveling across the United States, Coniglio provided advisory services for healthcare professionals. During his tenure at Met Life, Coniglio was honored as one of the top executives in the Southeastern Region of the US. After three short years and still in his twenties, he decided to pursue his passion and become an entrepreneur, so he formed a boutique marketing company. During that time he integrated his marketing and sales skills and led a start-up publishing venture in Tampa that serviced the needs of real estate investment companies (REITs). He was instrumental in the development and growth of the company. Beyond his corporate consulting and entrepreneurial experiences, Coniglio had the fortunate opportunity to invest and work in various film, print, and television productions throughout his career.
He is an alumnus of Andrew College in Cuthbert, Georgia and earned an Associate in Science with a concentration in business administration, along with two years in Student Government as a class Senator and Treasurer. In addition, he was a Scholarship Athlete and was part of an elite soccer team that won the Southeast East Regional Championship. Following that, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in marketing and management from the University of Tampa and started to pursue his business interests through a series of internships in downtown Tampa while completing his degree.
Coniglio is involved in local charities and volunteers time in his community. He was appointed Vice President of his Leadership Tampa class of 2006. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Florida Aquarium and the Athletic Club of Tampa. When he is not working or serving the community, he is usually with his wife Rachel and three sons Jake, Dominick, and Anthony.
