Originally from the U.S. Virgin Islands, Aja Allison is a recent graduate from the New College of Florida. Graduating with Summa Cum Laude distinction, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations.
While attending the New College of Florida, Allison developed a passion for market research. During her junior year, she studied abroad in Seoul, South Korea, where she conducted research in Chinese tourist demand of South Korea as a tourist destination. In this research study, she utilized a mixed-methods approach to provide qualitative and quantitative analyses and employed empirical models using government and private data to quantify demand side market shocks. Beyond academics at the New College of Florida, Allison was the co-founder and Vice President of the Feminist Economics Club, a Founding Member and Secretary of the Economic Mentorship Program and served as a Teaching Assistant in Biostatistics.
As the Research Coordinator, Allison is responsible for contributing to the high-quality research delivered to the variety of HCP’s research clientele. Allison coordinates quantitative, qualitative, primary and secondary data, survey design, as well as the analysis, reporting and presentation of all projects. She works closely with senior leadership and the HCP marketing team to support clients requiring research-related activities and plans.
In her spare time, she enjoys sailing, horseback riding, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
