Dentco Contractor Partner Culture Effort

Tampa, FL - (September 15, 2009) - HCP & Associates launched an effort, on behalf of Dentco, to boost their Contractor Partner (CP) culture. With collaboration from Dentco, HCP crafted a brief survey, giving the CPs the opportunity to share some feedback on their business partnership.

The intent of the survey was to ensure that Dentco is continually building a strong and solid business relationship with their CPs, largely by maintaining consistent communication.

In order to appeal to the busy schedules of CPs, HCP opted to post the survey online. Close to 800 Dentco CPs received an e-invitation to participate in the brief survey, and were therefore able to submit responses at their leisure.

Response rates were more than double the typical online response rate.

The results will be used by Dentco to determine ways to optimize communication with their CPs.
