Waste Integrated Service Consultants Task HCP with 2004 Brand Revitalization.
Tampa, FL - (December 22, 2003) - Waste Integrated Service Consultants, formerly known as Waste Integrated Service Center (WISC), hired HCP & Associates to kick-off a brand revitalization strategy in early 2004.
WISC was founded in 1993 as a joint venture between Carter Consulting, Inc. and Weyerhaeuser Company. WISC is a management services company specializing in process outsourcing and technological solutions for solid waste and recycling management. It was formed to provide clients targeted savings opportunities relating to reducing their solid waste and recycling expenses.
