World Hearing International Targets National Retail Markets with HCP & Associates
Tampa, FL (May 30, 2007)
Tampa-based World Hearing retained HCP & Associates to orchestrate a national roll-out for their new retail-based business model --- the affordable Assisted Listening Device (ALD).
World Hearing COO, Tom Mullen said, “In 2007, there will be over 31 million hearing impaired people in the U.S., roughly one out of every 10 people are hearing impaired and 77% of those people are currently not treating their hearing loss. Much of this is due to expensive hearing aides and lack of education.”
World Hearing International has built a hearing care retail program that addresses this need in the industry directly. The in-store ALD retail program will offer nationwide self-hearing tests in drug stores, supermarkets and large retail chains.
