HCP & Associates Adds Veteran's Administration to Client Roster.
Jacksonville, FL - (July 1, 2006) - The Veteran's Administration engaged HCP
Associates to do a feasibility study for a political publication
which falls under the VA's self employment programs for veterans. The study
consists of several publishing facets including market feasibility,
editorial review, design planning, and subscription program development.
