Kiran Grand Beach Resort hires HCP & Associates to create aesthetic online Web presence new development.
When this proposed Four-Star resort needed a professional Internet presence and integrated marketing strategy, they chose HCP & Associates for the plan of attack. Kiran Grand Resort & Spa is budgeted at around $150 million in development costs and includes 350 condo suites to be rented and 75 permanent residences. Condos are selling for $499,000 to $5 million. Estimated completion date: Late 2008.
