Clearwater, FL (January 27, 2005) – Tampa-based marketing consulting firm Hill, Coniglio, Polins & Associates was hired today to develop a branding and Internet strategy for second-generation company, The Breckenridge Center, Inc.

The Breckenridge Center was founded in 2004 by James E. Spicer, PhD, to provide children and families with a package of services and materials that enable troubled families to cope with behavioral problems. This comprehensive package is an integrated system that will assess the problem(s), provide a plan of action, educate family members about the causes and effects and provide support to the family from professional staff members and other parents. The goal of the organization is not to treat a symptom, but to share a technique that essentially cures the behavioral problem.

Previously, Spicer founded the highly successful Camelot Care Centers, Inc. in 1972.Camelot provided a full continuum of services to families for over 25 years until it was sold in 1996.After a brief hiatus, Spicer’s passion for serving children and families resulted in the development of second-generation company, the BreckenridgeCenter.
