Sun 'N Fun Fly-In Celebrates 100 Years of Aviation with HCP. Tampa, FL - (April 2, 2003) - It was 100 years ago when two brothers from Ohio brought their mechanical abilities to the forces of thrust and drag, lift and weight. Wilbur and Orville Wright gave America a new spirit and a new frontier. Today, HCP is proud to be a part in aviation history by producing the fundraising DVD and video for the 2003 annual Sun 'n Fun EAA Fly-In hosted at the Lakeland Linder Regional Airport in Lakeland, Florida. This is the 29th year of the annual Spring Celebration of Flight that brings together thousands of aviation enthusiasts from over 80 nations.
The 2003 fly-in dates are April 2nd - 8th. The Fly-In features static display aircrafts, more than 500 commercial exhibits, Ladies Pavilion, Plane Parts Mart and a daily air show. You can also visit their year-round venues, which include the Florida Air Museum at Sun 'n Fun and Gifts of Flight. The fly-in promotes its mission by making over 450 educational forums and hands-on workshops available to all our guests.
