Originally from Florida’s space coast, Kaileen moved to Tampa to study Fine Art at the University of South Florida. She studied digital and darkroom photography, painting, drawing, and sculpture. She received her BFA in Sculpture in 2012 and went on to study graphic design, digital illustration, and printmaking at Hillsborough Community College. She gained experience as a graphic designer as an intern at the National MS Society Mid Florida Chapter. She worked closely with the marketing director to produce an assortment of promotional materials and internal documents. Through her internship and college coursework, Kaileen has become a talented illustrator and graphic designer.
As HCP’s Manager of Design Services, Schleith collaborates with a creative team to develop compelling marketing tools that engage viewers through a variety of media. She designs brand strategies that are carefully tailored to reach each target audience. She maintains an organized production schedule to ensure that all timeline and financial goals are met and the final creative output successfully serves the goals of the client. In her free time she enjoys practicing printmaking in her home studio.
