Sean Coniglio
Coniglio has 15+ years in the marketing and management arena, working in the entrepreneurial and fortune 500 environments. His unique market experiences include Energy, Finance, Healthcare, Hospitality, Human Resources, Non-Profit, Real Estate, Sports and Telecommunications. As a managing partner with HCP & Associates, he is involved in handling client relations and consulting services with a focus on strategic planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include financial management, corporate operations, and strategic partnerships with clientele and associates.
Prior to HCP, Coniglio started his professional career during college with Chicago- based Promotional Marketing International (PMI) and was involved in launching an 18 city tour throughout the U.S. for RJ Reynolds. After the promotions tour ended, he had the fortunate opportunity to accept an assignment in the insurance industry with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. While traveling across the United States, Coniglio worked with Healthcare professionals providing retirement and insurance investment planning. During his tenure at Met Life, Coniglio was honored as one of the top executives in the Southeastern Region of the US. As the company evolved, he decided to develop his entrepreneurial skills and formed a marketing company which led to his involvement within the professional sports industry; most notably soccer. During that time, Coniglio was asked to take part in the launch of a new business venture. In that process he was offered an opportunity to lead the sales and marketing division for a Tampa-based real estate publishing company. He was instrumental in the development and growth of the company, which continues on to this day. Beyond his corporate and entrepreneurial experiences, Coniglio had the fortunate opportunity to invest and work in various film, print and television productions through his career.
He is an alumnus of Andrew College and earned an Associate in Science with his concentration on business administration, along with two years in Student Government as a Scholarship Athlete. Following that, he earned his Bachelor of Science in marketing and management from the University of Tampa, while participating in Athletics.
Coniglio is involved in local charities and volunteers time in his community. He was appointed Vice President of his Leadership Tampa class of 2006. He currently sits on the Board of DIrectors for the Florida Aquarium.
